Reduce your drinking to reduce your risk

Have you found yourself drinking alcohol more than usual lately?

It’s a stressful time with lots of changes to our daily routines and way of life. How much, and when we drink, may have changed as well.

Rather than helping us cope, alcohol can make us feel more stressed and anxious.

Drinking alcohol can also weaken your immune system, making it more difficult to fight off viruses and infection.

If you’re going to drink alcohol, it’s important to do so at low-risk levels in order to stay healthy.
